I know, i know i've been away from blogging BUTTTTTTTT i have a quick update for you guys on what i've been doing.. 

Actually, i've been working on a project with a friend of mine. I'm so excited for you guys to see it when we're done. 💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘🙈🙉🙊

Friendship

Couldn't come up with a better title.
Why are titles so hard? lol. 

I wanted to talk about friendship. What friendship is to me. 
There are many people around me, and tons out there who value friendship SO MUCH more than words can express. And i’m one of them. 
Despite the past, i want to focus on the person i am now. The present me. 
Before i start, i want you guys to understand that whether you agree or disagree with me, I don’t want hate in here. Perhaps, at least in this blog. I want to spread love, not hate. 
If you’re that person who just thinks of bashing someone with hate comments, I ask you to leave because you don’t belong here. This is not a space for you to say what you want, hurting others (including me) and leave. Don’t waste your time on here in the very first place, go out there and do something you enjoy. Please go appreciate how beautiful life is. 

Since little when an adult asked me what “friendship” meant, I would answer: 
“Being with someone you share everything in common with” 
I grew up thinking that if i have something in common with someone, we have to be friends. -> Because we.. have something in common.. (?)

But now meeting tons of new people, catching up with my old friends, I realized i was wrong all this time. 
You don’t have to be friends with someone just because you have things in common, or share a good memory once. I’m not going to lie I have a lot of friends and I’m thankful for each and every one of them. But there are a number of people whom i can call my “close friends.” 
And surprisingly, they are in fact, the ones i have least in common with.  We are so different in many ways. Not just our tastes in music, well actually maybe THAT we MIGHT have in common, but i mean 90% of the things i like, the other person does not. 
I think that’s what brings my friendship with these people tighter. We build each other up because we have different opinions on a lot of things, it helps one another in many ways. The things i am unable to see, they can. That makes spending time with them a lot more fun as well, because I am the type of person who hates running out of topics to talk about. I don’t like silence when i’m with someone. I love to constantly talk about myself, share ideas and listen to their stories, advices and everything. I mean i have always been that kid who loved interacting with people. I never really cared about age difference. If i vibe with someone, it’s all good. That’s why till now, I have friends who are 2, 3 years younger, same age, and 5, 6, 8 years older than i am. 






    

And it makes me feel SOOOOO GREAT when my childhood friends try to catch up with me by connecting with me through social media or find time to hang when i come back home. I’m constantly reminded that no matter how far you are, the people who really care, will put effort to still keep in touch with you. Of course, not everyone does that. Some, just fade away from your life as time passes. But some, wow, i was impressed at how much effort they put and i’m always very grateful to have these kind of people in my life. But anyways, my point was that you don’t have to have a lot of friends to live a good life. Vibe with the ones who will be there for you even when you’re going through a hard time in your life. Even myself as well, i didn’t just randomly picked all these people to be friends with me just because i think the more people you hang with, the more attention you get. For me, i know when i don’t click with someone so i just kind of fade away on my own. I don’t put effort for someone to like me, or change myself for someone. I want to be surrounded by people who love me for who i am. And that’s why I want you guys to know that the right ones for you will come into your life at the right time. Don’t force yourselves to be friends with someone you are not so fond of and have a bad ending with them. These are so unhealthy for you and definitely not something you should be worrying about in your life. There is so much more to life than dragging yourself down because of someone. 

Appreciate the ones around you. Don’t be greedy. Be with someone you don't have to pretend to be someone else with.
